We are employed by the landlord of this iconic central London section 20 building, acting as the term contractor for all the landlords building services requirements. Orders ranging from £2,000 to £200,000. Works undertaken include the following

  • Installation of air conditioning ventilation and piped domestic services to restaurants, kitchens and bars
  • Renewing major sections of cast iron, steel and copper pipe work throughout the building and connecting to existing services
  • Installation of new 400 mm diameter chilled water headers and 250 mm primary chilled and 150 mm secondary chilled pipe work within an existing fully operational plant room serving the whole building whilst keeping the supply of chilled water to The London Aquarium live at all times
  • Upgrading of controls systems to central plant and local plant rooms
  • Toilet block installations
  • Office and Retail fit out installations including ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, drainage heating and chilled water systems
  • Ventilation to new EDF substations within the building, complete with fully removable gas tight dampers and penthouse louvre arrangements
  • Fire rated ductwork installations
