High End Residential - North London

This project involved the complete strip out and a new build extension of a period property back to a stylish modern home with extremely high levels of finish throughout. The works included installation of new LTHW heating to radiators and towel rails at upper levels and 13 separately controlled circuits of under floor heating at ground floor level. Ducted air conditioning via fan coil units to all rooms. Boosted hot and cold water to bathrooms kitchen and fitting of all sanitary ware appliances.
